These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by CRE Marketing Pros (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By engaging our agency or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

CRE Marketing Pros offers digital marketing services, including but not limited to online advertising, SEO, CRM setup, content creation, reputation management, and analytics reporting. Specific services will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal.

2. Payment and Fees

Clients agree to pay all fees in accordance with the service agreement. Payments are due in advance of services rendered. Late payments may result in paused service or termination.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

✦ Cooperate with onboarding and campaign development

✦ Refrain from altering campaigns or strategy without consultation

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and systems created by CRE Marketing Pros remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon. Use of these materials outside of the agreement is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

✦ We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

✦ We do not guarantee specific results.

✦ Marketing outcomes are influenced by market conditions, competition, and external platforms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services with written notice for any reason, including non-payment or breach of these Terms.

Clients may also terminate with 30 days’ notice in writing, after fulfilling the agreed minimum term.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information obtained throughout the engagement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
